GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q. How long will my order take to make? A. Personalised orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment and personalisation details. Please let us know if your order is urgent  and we will try to dispatch sooner if possible.

Q. How much is postage and how long will it take? A. Postage is free to all U.K buyers. Please contact us for a quote for overseas postage. Orders will be sent 1st class which takes 1-2 working days so allow 5 working days in total for delivery.

Q. How can I pay? A. You can pay by secure online payment through paypal. Where you can use your paypal account, credit or debit cards.

Q. I've changed my mind, what do I do? A. All our items are personalised and unfortunately cannot be returned because they have been designed especially to order. However, the happiness of our customers is paramount, so if you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.

Q. My item is faulty, what will you do? A. We quality check all our items before posting but if an item is found to be faulty, it will be replaced. 

Q. I want something specific that you don't offer, can you help? A. If you want something designed for you to match a specific theme, please ask as we may be able to help. We can work with you to create your dream item ( Prices may vary). 

GUEST BOOKS / SMALL PHOTO ALBUMS

Q. Are the pages plain? A. Yes, all pages are completely plain so guests can write as long or short a message as they wish.

Q. Can more pages be added? A. No, unfortunately not as we have to produce them in bulk numbers. 

Q. How many people can sign each guest book? A. It's difficult to give an exact answer but on average, 2/3 messages fit onto each side of each page so a guest book with 28 pages will fit approx 150 signatures.  It's also important to remember that most couples and families, will leave a message as a couple or group, rather than individually signing the guest book.

Q. How many photos can fit in the small album? A. The small album doesn't have interleaves because it can also be used as a guest book, therefore it can only have a photo on one side of the page so they photos don't stick together. This means you can include approx 30 photos (4x6 or 5x7).

Q. How are photos attached into the album? A. Photos need to be attached using photo corners or photo mounting squares. ( Available from any stationers hardware shop or supermarket).

Q. How many photos can fit into the large album? A. The versatile large album has 30 pages that can fit anything from one 8x10 to three 4x6 photos per page. And you can use both sides so anything up to 180 photos! That makes this album perfect for either enlarged professional photos or a selection of smaller ones. 

Q. How do I give you my personalisation details? A. Contact us as soon as you have bought your item to provide your details. You can either leave the personalisation details in the notes to seller section that appears on the final payment page through paypal. Or email us at angel-craft@hotmail.co.uk   If you are not sure what you want yet please let us know that you need more time. Please double check your spelling as mistakes can only be rectified at your expense

Q. How do I give you my photograph to put on the cover? A. Please email us your photo at angel-craft@hotmail.co.uk photos can be sent as a photo or jpeg file. Ideally your photo should be taken or scanned at the maximum resolution. ( Nothing taken on a phone or less than 2 megapixel camera). You can also send us the photo in the post. Please note: Your photos will be returned to you with your order. However, if your photos are of sentimental value we suggest you use registered post or even better keep a copy of the originals as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post when sending your photos to us.
